We are currently seeking inspired, enthusiastic, positive-minded, motivated Sales and Client Relations Representatives to market our company’s niche services, create business relationships and close deals in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities/Duties:

Main focus of the Sales and Client Relations Representative will be creating and following through on leads via an established plan for targeting our market. 

Although business development efforts are incorporated into this position,

this is not a “cold-calling” role.

The Sales and Client Relations Representative will be responsible for researching and attending business-related events, conferences, seminars, exhibits, etc. in order to network, build rapport and generate new leads; following up on leads;staying current with industry-related events,updates,in order to keep sales efforts focused by studying target market; promoting company’s brand and upholding yourself to the highest standards of consideration, integrity and respect when dealing with clients/prospects; generating/following up on referrals;  keeping management informed by submitting reports/updates/feedback as requested.

Qualifications & Skills:

Ideal candidate will be high-energy, outgoing and have the ability to connect with others in a genuine, mutually-beneficial way.  This position calls for and will be lucrative for those individuals who believe in the company’s mission and most importantly who believe in the power of themselves to be successful.

Overall communications skills, prospecting skills, active listening, time management skills, closing techniques, post-sales relationship management, organizational skills, basic computer research skills and email management will be expected in this role.  Personal development sales and/or sales in a real estate-related field are a plus but not required. 

Salary is strictly commission-based making your income potential unlimited based upon your personal commitment and contributions.
