Do you ever feel like you’re incomplete? Like something is missing from who you really are? Well here’s the thing…you are already whole. And what make us not feel that way sometimes isn’t that we are already complete, but rather it’s the b.s. fears and insecurities that we take on as our own. They just cloud things all up! Once we are able to release those fears and insecurities, what lies beneath is a unique amazing soul…the one that’s been there this whole time-already whole and perfect!
So it’s not necessarily needing to add more to ourselves, but rather its about letting go of any of those beliefs and thoughts that cause us to think that we are anything less than who we truly are. Like letting go of the false belief that you are “not good enough” – that’s something that totally needs to be shed so that your inside shines like it is supposed to…like it is meant to! And when you can love who you are without those negative false beliefs, you will find yourself to be whole- no matter what you are going through or where you are in life. That’s when all the good things that you wind up attracting will just be these amazing cherries on top….that new relationship that appears, that new job, new house, new friends, new experiences, etc. You will find that you didn’t need these things to “complete” you – but rather to enhance all that you already are –which is a masterpiece!
So yeah, “How to be Whole” is really just a trick title- there is no “how to”….you already are 😉 xoxo
In my next letter to you…your journey may not be what you thought you wanted, but it may be just what you needed to get you to arrive where you are supposed to be.
