Ever hear that saying that “your world is a mirror of your thoughts”? The thing empowering about that is that means you can change your world! But I will go a step further…it’s not just your thoughts like for example: “I wish I had more money.” It’s how you actually FEEL about the topic. If your thoughts focus on the “lack” of money…guess what you are creating? Yeah, the LACK of money. Oh yeah and the best thing about it is that your life TODAY reflects your thoughts of the PAST. So start changing your thoughts AND feelings about things TODAY and watch your future slowly (or quickly) start to reflect the new thoughts/vibes/feeling about things in your future. And I’m not talking about the bull shit of just “saying” something you want to change in a positive way (I mean you can use that to start)….but you have to really feel it and believe it. I’m talking about when your in the car alone or home in your bed alone. Only YOU know the truth about how you REALLY feel about it. And THAT’S the vibe you’re truly putting out there in the universe. THAT’S the vibe you have to check in with and change in order for your life around you to start changing. So don’t bull shit yourself…be real with yourself.
So the “how to” of this? For me, I take the areas of my life: relationships, kids, money, health, creativity, career, contribution, etc. and look at what’s going on in my life right now in those areas. And most of the time I can see the reflection of my thoughts/lack of thoughts/types of thoughts in those areas to be truly reflected in my current life situation both good and “bad”. But remember, today is based on the thoughts from your past. I encourage you to start asking questions on the areas you want to create to be better like..”What’s a more productive way for me to think about this? ” “What type of thinking do I need to change this situation? ” (Because its’s the old thinking that got you into it). Then it’s about what you say to yourself like “I am so excited that I’m going to start to become more financially secure!” “I’m so excited to see the new friends that are going to come into my life!” (Get it? Don’t think about the lack!) Then go with the feeling …feel what it would feel like…wonder about it, see it in your mind, feel it in your soul. THEN what starts to happen is you start getting these inspired thoughts to start taking action toward what you really want to create…and that’s when it starts manifesting..maybe in little bits and pieces…but when those “little bits and pieces” start to manifest …that’s when you say “YES! Thank you! More of this please!”…and your vibes get stronger about what you are really starting to create….and that’s makes how you feel even stronger…and that makes the momentum of what you are creating start to snowball….and there you go…you are creating a different life for yourself!
And you will see the results of this thinking…as long as it’s pure…with no resistance. Hey, why not give it a try and see what happens in the next couple of weeks? I’d love to hear from you! I’ve done it for myself….saw it working FAST, so fast one time that it actually freaked me out and that messed up my vibes about it. It was happening faster than I could handle at that time. So instead of freaking out about new things and new people all of a sudden showing up to help me create what I want…I now say what I told you above… “Yes! Thank you! More of this please!”….and I’m hoping you get to use that phrase real soon for yourself! 🙂
We are all in this together!
In my next letter to you…bringing up and dealing with what you’ve been suppressing.
